The development
Lombard Square is a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes set around Garden Square, 1.8 acres of landscaped parkland, waterways and wildflower meadow, with views across the lake.
Each of Lombard Square's houses is uniquely designed, with interiors inspired by the craft trades once so prominent in the area: tailoring and weaving at Rosa, woodwork at Opal, leathercraft at Myro and metalwork at Fero. Every house takes its name from a variety of plum, a nod to Plumstead's orchards, which date back to the 10th century.
A 24-hour concierge, residents' gym, parcel room and on-site Tesco Express make daily life easy, and Woolwich's Elizabeth line station is a short walk away.

Tailoring & weaving
Step inside a world of rich textures and beautiful patterns at Rosa House, a celebration of tailoring and weaving.
Two buildings of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments set around a peaceful podium garden, with abundant views across green spaces and Garden Square on the doorstep. Interiors come in a light or dark palette, with woven feature walls, textured tiles and Bosch kitchens.

Beautiful patterns
Rosa House celebrates Plumstead's heritage in textile crafts: weaving, spinning, dyeing and tailoring, which flourished here through the 18th and 19th centuries, when Plumstead gained a reputation for high-quality silk weaving.
Woodwork & carpentry
Opal House is at the centre of the action, on the west side of Garden Square with picturesque park and waterway views.
The craft interiors are a celebration of woodwork in all its forms: the art of joinery and the importance of precision. The 24-hour concierge is on the ground floor, with commercial spaces alongside.

Nature from every viewpoint
Most homes at Opal House look out across the 1.8 acres of parkland and waterways of Garden Square, with spacious balconies and the transport links and on-site amenities close at hand.
Leathercraft
Myro House was the very first collection of homes at Lombard Square, in the south-west corner of the development.
Its signature character is inspired by the leathercraft that once thrived in the area. East-facing homes look across Garden Square, and residents have their own courtyard and podium gardens, with the gym in the north wing.

Rich textures
Leather-finish handles, warm timber tones and Siemens kitchens. Myro House brings the tactile character of the leatherworker's bench into everyday living.
Metalwork
Fero House is the newest collection at Lombard Square, beside the tranquil lake in Garden Square, with its own podium garden.
Fero takes its name from the Latin ferrum, meaning iron. Metalwork is the key design inspiration, from the seamless balcony balustrades to the front door's ironmongery, alongside Bosch appliances, rainfall showers and a choice of light or dark palettes.

Forged for life, framed by design
Most Fero House homes have a private balcony or terrace with views over Garden Square and the lake: a harmonious blend of nature and modern living.
